YieTube Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YieTube, a web3 video sharing application powered by $YIET on the Solana network. By accessing or using YieTube, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use YieTube.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YieTube, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use YieTube. By using YieTube, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of YieTube, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use YieTube only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
- Upload or distribute any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers or networks.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of any content you upload to YieTube. However, by uploading content, you grant YieTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the operation of YieTube.

6. $YIET Tokens

YieTube is powered by $YIET tokens on the Solana network. By using YieTube, you acknowledge and agree that:

- $YIET tokens are required for certain transactions and features on the platform.
- The value of $YIET tokens may fluctuate, and YieTube is not responsible for any loss or gain resulting from such fluctuations.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the acquisition, use, and transfer of $YIET tokens.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YieTube at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

YieTube is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YieTube, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of YieTube after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
