1. Blockchain Transactions

1.1 $YIET Token Transactions
Transactions involving $YIET tokens on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone or reversed. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases, transfers, and any other activities involving $YIET tokens.

Important: By using YieTube and engaging in $YIET transactions, you acknowledge and accept the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. We strongly advise double-checking all transaction details before proceeding.

2. Normal Payments

2.1 Payment Methods
For payments made through traditional methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.) for services and features within YieTube, we offer the possibility of refunds under certain conditions.

2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for normal payments may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental payments
- Unauthorized transactions

2.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund for a normal payment, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date. Include the following information in your request:
- Transaction ID
- Payment method
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request

2.4 Refund Approval
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2.5 Non-Refundable Payments
